Matt is a 21 year veteran in cybersecurity and technology, having developed architectures and strategies through roles in consulting, sales, and professional services. Matt's primary responsibility is to help create, execute, and own the security go-to-market business plan and strategy for the Global Financial Services (GFS) business by leveraging WWT’s $1.5B+ security practice. Additionally, Matt's team ensures the Global Accounts sales and engineering teams knows and understands the primary security OEM Landscape, The Digital Platform, Consulting Services, ATC Lab Services, Application Services, Supply Chain and Integration Services, Infrastructure Services, Customer Success, and Strategic Resourcing. Matt serves as a key member of WWT's Global Security Leadership Team, where he was recognized as the 2019 WWT Security Engineer of the Year. He began his career at WWT as a Technical Solutions Architect in 2013 before moving to Corporate Business Development and Global Engineering Practice from 2015-2020. He now leads the Executive Advisory team for Global Financial Services. Matthew holds a Bachelors and Masters, along with the following industry certifications: CISSP #516309, CISM #1737139, CEH, GCIA, GPEN, GCIH, GCED (and a retired CCIE number). He is an active member of the FBI’s InfraGard Minnesota Alliance, (ISC)2 Twin Cities Chapter, and is a member of ISACA’s Minnesota Board of Directors.
