The Associate Consulting Systems Engineer Development Program (ACSE) is an immersive, 12-month training program for early in career, change in career and advance in career talent who aspire to become the next generation of WWT technical consulting professionals. This program focuses on helping selected candidates reach their full potential by providing a structured training program designed to teach participants the technology and business fundamentals necessary to be a successful technical consultant. In addition, it will allow the Global Enterprise Segment (GES) to build a strong and competent pipeline of talent to help satisfy the pre-sales engineering needs across the segment.

Partner of the Month
Each month, associates have a small group deep dive with one of WWT's partners. For the month of May we were engaged in Palo Alto and NetApp. In June, we will consume content from Juniper and Schneider Electric . July we will be taking the month off to welcome cohort 3 however will pick up again in August.

Each cohort of 8-10 candidates is 12 months in duration. Two cohorts start throughout the year. Our goal is to train one cohort starting each fiscal quarter.
The ACSE Development Program is also assisting with onboarding and ramping up CSE new-hires from "Hiring our Heroes".
Yes! There is cross program engagement for sales, case study, role play, presentation skills and personality types training.
Yes, associates in the program are full time employees.
This program is 12 months of immersive learning along with an on the job training phase.
Yes. Associates are full time employees and will be placed on a sales team upon completion of the program.
